BlinkWed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on event type, vendor policies, and timelines. No refunds will be provided for services already delivered.
BlinkWed connects users with third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or conduct of vendors. Any disputes must be resolved directly with them.
All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and layout is the intellectual property of BlinkWed and may not be used without written permission.
BlinkWed shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, vendor non-performance, or force majeure events. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlinkWed against claims arising from misuse of services, violation of terms, or vendor disputes.
Your use of BlinkWed is governed by our Privacy Policy.
BlinkWed may terminate access without notice if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between BlinkWed (“BlinkWed”, “we”, “us”) and the vendor or service provider (“Vendor”, “you”) who partners with BlinkWed to provide event-related services. By registering or accepting assignments through BlinkWed, you agree to comply with these terms.
BlinkWed reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate vendor registrations at its discretion.
Vendors agree to deliver services exactly as agreed with the customer and coordinated through BlinkWed.
Vendors must communicate cancellation and refund policies clearly. Refunds are subject to vendor policies. Any penalties due to vendor-initiated cancellation shall be borne by the vendor.
Vendors shall not bypass BlinkWed to directly solicit customers introduced by BlinkWed or share leads with third parties. This clause remains valid for 12 months after termination.
Vendors grant BlinkWed the right to use their brand name, logos, images, and event media for marketing purposes. BlinkWed branding may not be used without written consent.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of customer information, pricing, and business data. These obligations survive termination.
Vendors are solely responsible for their services and staff. Vendors agree to indemnify BlinkWed against claims arising from their services.
BlinkWed may terminate this Agreement without notice in case of breach or misconduct. Vendors may terminate with written notice after completing ongoing assignments.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
BlinkWed may modify these terms at any time. Continued association implies acceptance of revised terms.
